Bangkok: controversy over food aid distribution in Kampuchea is a new factor in debate about the Vietnamese presence in that country. Official of the International Red Cross on Geneva say that most of the 30,000 of relief goods delivered to Kampuchea is piling up in warehouse and not getting to the hungry.
