Your otherwise comprehensive story on Sihanbouk's new war (Cover, Jan. 19) failed to mention the fact that immediately after his ouster by Lon Nol, the Prince successfully wooed North Vietnam and became a comrade-in-arms of China. Now, after the falling out between China and Vietnam, he appears to have chosen China's side against Vietnam.
