A new report that the Pol Pot forces have captured two Russian and two Cuban military advisers working for the Heng Samrin regime shows that it is not only the Vietnamese who are directly involved in Cambodia. Are the Soviets and the Cubans trying to repeat that they have been doing in Africa? Are they trying to overthrow governments in Southeast Asia Governments sympathetic to them and under their control and domination?
