Sokh Noeun aka Nen, Member of Office K-1 Group, Division 310, conceded that Pheng, Chief of Tipo sub-district, Santuk district, was a network of Sarim, Chief of Santuk district. Pheng ordered him [Sokh Noeun]and other network to demolish ammunition and rice warehouse, and persuaded people in Tipo Sub-district to disgust the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ នឿន ហៅ ណេន សមាជិកក្រុម មន្ទីរក-១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផេង គណៈឃុំទីពោធិ៍ ស្រុកសន្ទុក ជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់សារឹម គណៈស្រុកសន្ទុក។ ផេង បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យវានិងបក្ខពួកមួយចំនួនទៀតឱ្យកំទេចឃ្លាំងអាវុធ ឃ្លាំងអង្ករ និង ដើរបំផុសប្រជាជននៅឃុំទីពោធិ៍ឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
