The experience of Havana: Just because Kampuchean has always been faithful to the principles of non-alignment, the United Nations Charter and Internation law, she has been victim of a war of aggression, the purpose of which is to align her in one bloc, that is the war of aggression of the Hanoi's authorities led by the Lê-Duan clique, who have dashed so far 200,000 Vietnamese troops to put our beloved country to fire and sword, already masscring more than 500,000 of our innocent citizens and destroying all our economy, thus causing famine and refugees problem nenver known in our plurimillenary National History.
