Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of Platoon, Division 502, confessed that in late 1975, Phal, cadre of Company, Division 502, attended the meeting and received Sorn's plots to build up treacherous forces, to destroy spare parts of airplane engines and materials, and to sow the stealing habit within division.
