Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of Platoon, Division 502, confessed that in August 1975, Pheap, cadre of Platoon, Division 502, attended the meeting and received Sorn's plots to build up more forces from cell to cell to cause disintegration within cells and to sow the stealing habit throughout the division.
