It is not likely that the de-recognition of Pol Pot's Government by the Asean Countries (January 26th) will temp the Vietnamese to unlock food for the starving Cambodians. It could instead pave the way to the disappearance of Cambodia in the International arena as the present Vietnames appointed Government is not recognised by the United Nations.
