Since the rignature of the joint declaration of the tripartite meeting in Singapore, there have been repeated unfair propagation of news according to which Mr. SON SANN would be the disignate Prime Minister of the new Democratic Kampuchea Coalition Government and would participate in the U.N. General Assembly as the representative of Democratic Kampuchea.
