Summary / Abstract :

On September 18,1981, the United Nations General Assembly adopted without formal vote the Report of the Credentials committee recommending the acceptation of credentials of the representatives of member states, including those of Democratic Kampuchea. The general Assembly adopted this Report after rejecting by 79 votes to 36 with 30 abstentions the Vietnamese amendment which almed at questioning the credentials of Democratic Kampuchea (P1).
