Sot Sopheap, 38 years old, joined the CIA in 1973 and appreciated the Khmer Republic for the people enjoying freedom. Sopheap joined the Party of Socialist Republic and worked as a 50-house chief. After April 17, 1975, Sopheap conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren and Hang Pheun to oppose to the collection of property to be put into communal and the nepotism ranging from eating to laboring.
ឈ្មោះ សុត សុភាព អាយុ ៣៨ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា១៩៧៣ បាន ឃោសនាលើកតម្កើងរបបសាធារណៈរដ្ឋ រាស្ដ្រមានសេរីភាព ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណៈរដ្ឋ ធ្វើមេ៥០ខ្នង។ ក្រោយ១៧ ៤ ១៩៧៥ សុភាព ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន និង ហង់ ភឺន ប្រឆាំងនឹងការប្រមូលទ្រព្យដាក់រួម ប្រកាន់បក្ខ ពួកតាំងពីហូបនិងធ្វើពលកម្ម។
