Summary / Abstract :

At the end of the 1979-1980 dry season, Vietnam suffered a straftegic defeat in Kampuchea. It could not eradicate the Democratic Kampuchea's forces. On the Contrary, its forces have become exhausted and its casualties have been increasing. The Vietnamese occupation troops are badly lacking effectives and are ineluctably sinking down. As for Democratic Kampuchea. It has been unceasingly going ahead and developing in all fields.
