At the beginning of this February 1981, the non-aligned countries will open their ministerial meeting in New Delhi. In this regard the Government of Democratic Kampuchea would like to make a statement as follows: - At present, through their henchmen, Vietnam and Cuba, the Soviet International expansion are infiltrating into the non-aligned Movement alming at diverting the latter from its policy and principle, tarning it to be an instrument of the policy of aggression in order to achieve their world expan sionist strategy (P.1).
