Sauphuong Baupha confessed that Mao Sien was convinced to join the CIA in 1973 by Phet Bunlim and Hao Thouren. In May 1975, Mao Sien recontacted former network workin at power plant 2. During that time, Mao Sien was assigned to destroy machines by So Sarun, Hoeng Hoeun, and Hem Phai.
ឈ្មោះ សូភួង បូផា បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សៀន ត្រូវបាន ឈ្មោះភេទ ប៊ុនលឹម និង ហោ ធូរេន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ម៉ៅ សៀន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញ នៅអគ្គិសនីទី២។ ម៉ៅ សៀន បានកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន តាមការណែនាំរបស់ សូ សារុន, ហឹង ហឿង និង ហែម ផៃ។
