Summary / Abstract :

On 25 December 1978, the Vietnamese expansinists sent 120,000 Soldiers backed by several hundred Soviet-made thanks heavy artillery and by many Soviet-made planes and warships, to invade Kampuchea from all sides, put her to five and sword and thus, trample underfoot the independence, sovereignty and ferritorial intergrity of a non-aligned state, member of the United Nations, in flagrant violation of the fundamental principles of Non-alignment and of the United Nations Charter.
