A delegation from Democratic Kampuchea headed by Mr. Ieng Sary, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Foreign Affairs, participated in the 28th Conference of Ministers of the Colombo Plan which was held in Djakarta from the 20th to 28th November 1980. Mr. Ieng Sary was accompanied by Mr. Thiounn Thioum, Minister of the Economy and Finance.
