Khem You alias Song joined the revolution in 1970 and allegedly joined the C.I.A. in 1972 in order to destroy the revolution in Kampong Cham Province. In 1973, he worked in the Ministry of Information when he allegedly destroyed mass media such as radio and so on. In 1977, he allegedly killed visitors to Cambodia and destroyed cameras and other materials, and was later arrested.
ខិម យ៊ូ ហៅ សុង បានចូលរួមនឹងបដិវត្ដន៍នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ និង បាន ចូលរួមនឹង សេ អ៊ី អា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ដើម្បីបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដន៍នៅខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ គាត់បានធ្វើការនៅក្នុងក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន ជាពេលវេលាមួយដែលគាត់បានបំផ្លាញប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយធំៗ ដូចជា វិទ្យុ និង ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយផេ្សងៗទៀត។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ គាត់បាន សម្លាប់អ្នកទស្សនាកិច្ចមកពីកម្ពុជា និង បានបំផ្លាញកាម៉ារ៉ា និង សម្ភារ ផេ្សងៗទៀត និង ក្រោយមកបានចាប់ខ្លួន។
