Sok Sorth aka Pon, member of Prek Phnov energy section, confessed that Luot, combatant of Reu Sei Keo gasoline energy, was the network of Yin. Yin introduced Luot to Sang to indoctrinate Luot to betray the party. In June 1975, Sinuon ordered Luot to connect the network with Pon, working in Prek Phnov gasoline energy section.
