GENEVA, July 2 (IHI) - In a sweeping review of their joint Cambodian aid program after the recent border clashes between Vietnam and Thailand, senior officials from the Red Cross and Unicef have decided to start winding down their overall Thai border operation not later than October. They will, however, continue to supply food across the controversial border "land bridges" during the current monsoon.
