So Chhan aka Chhem confessed to the activities of Sarun, Deputy Secretary of Regiment 153, eastern zone. From 1976 to 1978, Sarun attended 8-rounds meeting with the traitorous networks in order to prepare the plots.
ឈ្មោះ សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានសារភាពពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ សារុន អនុលេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៥៣ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ាថា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ជាមួយក្រុមក្បត់ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ដល់១៩៧៨ ចំនួន ៨ ដង ដើម្បីរៀបចំគំរោងការក្បត់។
