Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the Former Head of State in Kampuchea, wants China to arm a National Front led by him against the Vietnamese in Kampuchea. The Prince, whose political career has proposed a five-point programme for Chinese support against the Vietnamese-backed Heng Samrin regime in Phnom Penh.
