So Phuong Bopha, working at power plant, confessed that Ou Phat joined the CIA within the network of Phet Bun Lim and Hao Thouren. In May 1975, Ou Phat connected the old network at Power Plant 2. After Angkar purged Ou's superior, Ou Phat received advice from Phuong Bopha, Top Mong, Ou Sarun, Bou Kheng and Ou Eng Lang.
ឈ្មោះ សូ ភួងបុបា្ផ នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ បានឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ផាត ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ភេទ ប៊ុនលឹម និង ហោ ធូរេន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ អ៊ូ ផាត បន្ដខ្សែចាស់នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២។ ក្រោយមកអង្គការដកមេរបស់អ៊ូ ផាត ចេញ អ៊ូ ផាតបានទទួលការ ណែនាំពីភួងបុបា្ផ, តុប ម៉ុង, អ៊ូ សរុន, ប៊ូ ខេង និងអ៊ូ អេងឡាង។
