International aid agencies, especially the United Nations, have begun lobbying for a massive food aid programme for Vietnam, diplomatic sources said yesterday. The call for food shipment to Hanio has been met with initial scepticism and little sympathy, especially among Western Countries which have provided the most help to Kampuchea over the past 18 months.
ទីភ្នាក់ងារជំនួយអន្ដរជាតិ ជាពិសេសអង្គសហប្រជាតិបានចាប់ផ្ដើមបញ្ចុះ បញ្ចូលសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីជំនួយស្បៀងអាហារទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំដល់ប្រទេសវៀត ណាម ការនិយាយពីកាលម្សិលមិញដោយទូត។ ការអំពាវនាវសម្រាប់ ស្បៀងអាហារចេញទៅក្រុងហាណូយ បានជួបប្រទះនឹងការសង្ស័យ និងអាណិតអាសូរ ជាពិសេសក្នុងចំណោមប្រទេសលោកខាងលិច ដែលបាន បែងចែកជំនួយដ៏សម្បើមដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងរយៈពេល១៨ខែនេះ។
