Peking (AP) - Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Kampuchea declared yesterday that he is ready to form a United Front with the Khmer Rouge and other forces to drive the Vietnamese from Kampuchea, reversing his earlier refusal to cooperate with his former jailers.
