Lon Nol, who headed the Government of Cambodia during one of the most turbulent times in Southeast Asia, now lives in poor health and surrounded by trouble in an expensive area of this Southern California city. Lon Nol left Phnom Penh on April 1, 1975, as shells from enemy guns crushed into the city.
លន់ នល់ មេដឹកនាំរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាអំឡុងពេលមួយនៃសម័យប្រចូកច្របល់ ច្រើនបំផុតនៅលើអាស៊ីអាគេ្នយ៍ ឥឡូវការរស់នៅស្ថានភាពក្រលំបាកនិងហ៊ុំព័ទ្ធដោយបញ្ហានៅក្នុងតំបន់ដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លូរនៃភាគខាងត្បូងទីក្រុងកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា ។ លន់ នល់ បានចាកចេញពីក្រុង ភ្នំពេញកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដូចការបាញ់ផ្លោងពីសំណាក់ សត្រូវចូលក្នុងទីក្រុង។
