With the mercurial Prince Norodom Sihanouk agreeing earlier in February once again to join a new front with the long-despised Khmer Rouge, history turned full circle. And in a recent series of telephone interviews given to Western news agencies from his Pyongyang exile, Sihanouk revealed yet another about face "We must accept the Khmer Rouge".
