Lao resistance sources have provided the first real indication that the Chinese are sponsoring an Anti-Government movement in Laos. They say China has armed and trained 5,000 guerilla fighters in Northern Laos and begun supplying resistance forces in the Southern panhandle with weapons channeled through the Khmer Rouge.
