Thailand's radar-collected information revealed that recently Vietnam repeatedly despatched Soviet-made an 26 (antonov) war planes to bomb the Phnom Malai region in Western Kampuchen border area, in support of the mopping up operations lauched by the Vietnamese-Heng Samrin ground troops against the Kampuchean resistance forces.
