Sam Hom aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Group, Division 310, confessed that Sot, Deputy Chief of Office of Regiment 12, Division 310, received plans from Ho, [member of]Regiment Logistics, to build up traitorous forces, to destroy the ammunition warehouse and machines. In 1967, Sot received plans from Ho, Yim and Ol, Chief of Office of Division, to destroy materials, to convince soldiers and cadre to participate in the counter-revolutionary activities and to destroy diplomats' cars.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុត អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ សុត បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ហូ ភស្ដុភារ វរសេនាធំ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បំផ្លាញឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ ឃ្លាំងអាវុធ និងម៉ាស៊ីន។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សុត ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ហូ, យីម និង អុល ប្រធានមន្ទីរកងពលឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗ បំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនិងកំទេចឡានទូត។
