Imagine if one day the Vietnamese withdraw their troops from Cambodia. What would happen? Since the Khmer Rouge have the biggest and best armed forces, they would swallow up and wipe out the nationalist forces and take power - and we must prevent the Khmer Rouge from regaining power.
ស្រមៃមើលប្រសិនបើថ្ងៃណាមួយវៀតណាមដកទ័ពចេញពីកម្ពុជា។ តើមានអ្វីកើតឡើង? ចាប់តាំងពីខ្មែរក្រហមមានកងកម្លាំងទ័ពខ្លាំង និងច្រើនមកពួកគេនឹងបំផ្លាញនិងទាត់ចោលកងកម្លាំងជាតិនិយមនិងយកអំណាច ដូចនេះយើងត្រូវតែបង្ការកុំឱ្យខ្មែរក្រហមបានអំណាចម្ដងទៀត។
