Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, confessed that To, combatant of Phnom Penh commerce, linked traitorous network with others, took part in traitorous activities, ruined the Angkar's materials, and burned down rice granges and a hectare of villagers' cornfield at O Mlou village.
