Sam Hom aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Division 310 group, confessed that in 1976, he and Yoeun, working in Political Regiment, Division 310, were assigned by Ol, Chief of Division Office, to burn down one boat's machine, one generator located near Preah Ketomealea hospital, and one GMC truck.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ យឿន នយោបាយវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ និងខ្លួនរួមជាមួយបក្សពួក បានទទួលការចាត់តាំង ពីឈ្មោះ អុល ប្រធានមនី្ទរកងពល ឱ្យទៅដុតម៉ាស៊ីនកាណូត មួយគ្រឿង ម៉ាស៊ីនភើ្លងមួយគ្រឿងនៅក្បែរពេទ្យព្រះកេតុមាលា និងដុតឡានសេអឹម សេ មួយគ្រឿង។
