Sam Hum aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Division 310 Group, conceded that Pech, Chann, Sokh, Bong, Sen, Sam, Phet and Auk, villagers of Srah, A-Charleak and Pungror, Kampong Cham provinces, were traitorous networ of Tann El, militiaman of village.
