Sam Hom aka Phen, confessed that in 1975, Thea, combatant of state commerce in Kampong Som port, took part in burning down houses nearby the office H-83, rice granges in Ban Torng village, and a hectar of villagers' corn fields in O Mlou village.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន បានសារភាពថា នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ធា យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋកំពង់សោម បានចូលរួមដុតផ្ទះ នៅមំ្ដុមនី្ទរហ-៨៣ ដុតជង្រុកស្រូវ នៅភូមិបន្ទង និងដុតចំការ ពោតរបស់ប្រជាជននៅភូមិអូម្លូរអស់មួយហិកតា។
