Although it will strike many as ironic, Cambodia's ousted Khmer Rouge Government-in-exile Known as Democratic Cambodia, will on August 28 invoke a Human Rights' law. And first for the regime that stands accused of Slaughterring up to 2 millions of its own people, the law comes under the age is of Social Affairs Minister Ieng Thirith, 49, wife of Foreign Minister Ieng Sary and holder of her same position when the Khmer Rouge ruled.
ទោះបីថាវាធ្វើកូដកម្មដូចការឡកឡឺយ, រដ្ឋាភិបាលខ្មែរក្រហមបានបាននិទេស ចេញពីកម្ពុជាដោយទទួលស្គាល់ថាជាកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងធ្វើឡើង នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែសីហា បានអំពាវនាវរកច្បាប់សិទ្ធមនុស្ស។ ជាលើក ដំបូងនៃរបបនេះត្រូវបានចោទប្រកាន់ពីការសម្លាប់ យ៉ាងរង្គាលជាងពីរលាន នាក់, ច្បាប់នេះមានអាយុកាលស្ថិតនៅក្រោមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អៀង ធីរិទ្ធ អាយុ៤៩ឆ្នាំ ជាប្រពន្ធរបស់ អៀង សារី ក្រសួងការ បរទេសដែលមានតួនាទីនិងកាន់តំណែងស្មើគ្នានៅពេលខ្មែរក្រហមបាន អនុម័តច្បាប់។
