The Powerful Vice-Chairman was speaking at a meeting with Khmer Rouge Leader Khieu Samphan, here for talks with Former Kampuchean Lead of State Prince Norodom Sihanouk on forming an Anti-Vietnamese coalitio. Mr Samphan told Mr. Deng that the Peking-Backed Khmer Rouge would stick to the position of forming a union of Joint resistance against Vietnamese aggression, the new China news agency said.
