The United States announced at United Nations Headquarters today it would pay for 30 percents of food relief inside Cambodia if the Soviet allies paid more than half. They are responsible for feeding Cambodia's people since Soviet-backed Vietnam invaded Cambodia, contended American U.N representative Jose Sorzano.
សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានថ្លែងការណ៍នៅក្នុងទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាតិនៅថ្ងៃ នេះនឹងបពោ្ចញស្បៀងបន្ទាន់ជាង ៣០ភាគរយ ទៅក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ប្រសិន បើជាសម័្ពន្ធមិត្ដសូវៀតបានចំណាយជាងពាក់កណ្ដាល។ ពួកគេគឺ ទទួលខុស ត្រូវលើស្បៀងអាហារប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ចាប់តាំងពីការលុកលុយមកលើ កម្ពុជាពីសំណាក់វៀតណាមដែលគាំទ្រដោយសូវៀត។ លោក ជូស សូហ្សាណូ ជនជាតិអាមេរិកកាំងតំណាងដោយ អង្គសហប្រជាតិបានធ្វើ តវ៉ា។
