Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of Regiment 12, Division 310, confessed that Sim, secretary of Battalion, Division 920, received Khuon's counter-revolutionary plots, which was to enter the League Party, to arm and to prepare food in anticipation of armed fighting to take over from the revolution and instead installed members of the Labor Party to take control of the army and to infiltrate into the revolution.
