China today accussed Vietnam of preparing for armed aggreson against Thailand in an attempt to wipe out guerrillas opposed to the Hanoi-Backed Government in Kampuchea. The New China News Agency (NCNA) quoted Kampuchean Foreign Minister Hun Sen as saying that only by hot pursuit into Thailand could Vietnamese troops hope to wipe out the querrillas.
