With only a day remaining of the United Nations conference on Cambodia there was still a sharp difference between China and the rest of delegates on the wording of its final communiqué. The Chinese want to condemn Vietnam roundly for its invasion of Cambodia and they don't want to include language that would recommend disarming supporters of the Former Pol Pot regime.
