Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, Secretary of Regiment 12, Division 310, confessed that during the war, Son indoctrinated Yang, Cadre of Division 450, to be disloyal to the revolution; furthermore, Yang was assigned by Son to shoot without target in order to provoke people to have conflict with the revolution, and to convince combatants to defect unit.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ យ៉ង់ កម្មាភិបាល នៅកងពល ៤៥០ ក្បត់បដិវត្ដតាមការអប់រំពី សុន ឱ្យដើរបាញ់រះតាមភូមិប្រជាជន ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជនទំនាស់និងបដិវត្ដ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។
