Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary od regiment 12, division 310, conceded that Som, secretary of battalion in Kampong Thom, was a new traitorous force of the new party within his network. In Kampong Cham battlefield, Som violently shot behind the frontline in order to kill combatants and frighten them out of fighting enemies.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សុំ លេខាវរសេនាតូចប្រចាំការ នៅកំពង់ធំ ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់របស់បក្សថ្មីនៅកុ្នងខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួន។ នៅសមរភូមិកំពង់ចាម សុំ បានបាញ់រះពីក្រោយខ្សែត្រៀម ដើម្បីសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន និងបង្អើលយុទ្ធជនកុំឱ្យវាយខ្មាំង។
