Gen Nhiek Tioulong, who flew into Bangkok from Paris last Saturday, was quoted as saying that Prince Sihanouk would accept the ceremonial role of Head of State in the proposed coalition. "The Prince says he will be above politics and would not involve himself in the administration of the coalition in the proposed composition of the three major resistance factions".
ញឹក ទូឡុង បានធ្វើដំណើរចេញពីបាងកកទៅកាន់បារីស កាលពីថ្ងៃ សៅរ៍មុន ដោយបានដកស្រង់សម្ដី សីហនុ ថា ទទួលយកជា អ្នកតំណាង ជាមេដឹកនាំប្រមុខរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងរដ្ឋាភិបាលចម្រុះ។ សីហុន បានមានព្រះរាជ បន្ទូលថា ឪព្រះអង្គនិងគោរពគោលនយោបាយ ដែលមិនពាក់ព័ន្ធការ គ្រប់គ្រងរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចម្រុះ តាមការស្នើសុំ ពីក្រុមតស៊ូចំនួន៣នាក់។
