Thai authorities have received no indications of any impending famine in Kampuchea, according to squadron leader Prasong Soonsiri, Secretary General of the National Security Council, yesterday. He was answering questions concerning a news agency report quoting Diplomatic sources that there would be a major food shortfall in the neighbouring Country due to floods and drought.
អាជ្ញាធ័រថៃ មិនបានទទួលការបង្អុលបង្ហាញពីគ្រោះទុរ្ហិក្សនៅកម្ពុជា ដោយតាមមេទ័ពលោក ប្រាសុង សួនស៊ីរី អង្គលេធិការនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សា សន្ដិសុខនាកាលពីម្សិលមិញ។ លោកបានឆ្លើយតបនឹងសំនួរពីសំណាក់ភ្នាក់ ងារអ្នកសារពត៌មានរាយការណ៍ពីសម្ដីការទូតថា មានគ្រោះកង្វះអាហារ យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរនៅប្រទេសជិតខាងក្នុងពេលទឹកជំនន់និងគ្រោះរាំងស្ងួត។
