A dispute flared up at an Escap meeting at Sala Santitham yesterday when the Soviet delegate challenged the status of the Democratic Kampuchea delegate to represent Kampuchea. The meeting on Human Settlements, Environment, Industry and Technology was chaired by Mr. Damrong Lathapipat, Governor of the National Housing Authority, and attedned by delegates from 31 Countries.
កាលពីម្សិលមិញមានជម្លោះមួយបានផ្ទុះឡើងនៅក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ អ៊ីអេសស៊ីអេភី នៅសាលាសារិទ្ធថាម នៅពេលប្រតិភូសូវៀតបានជំទាស់ប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យដែលតំណាងឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ អង្គប្រជុំនេះលើកអំពី លំនៅដ្ឋាន បរិស្ថាន វិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម និង វិស័យបចេ្ចកវិទ្យា បានដឹកនំាដោយលោក ដាំរុង ឡាភាភីផាត អភិបាលននៃអាជ្ញធរលំនៅដ្ឋានថ្នាក់ជាតិ និង បានចូលរួមដោយប្រតិភូ៣១ប្រទេស។
