Bangkok - Vietnam and Cambodia's Heng Samrin regime on Sunday attacked the UN General Assembly decision to keep the deposed Pol Pot regime in Cambodia's UN seat. The Assembly on Friday voted 77 to 37 abstentions on the measure, a margin three votes larger than last year's ballot on the issue.
