Thailand today backed a United States claim that Toxic Chemicals were being used by Soviet-Supported Vietnamese troops in Cambodia supreme command spokesman Lt Gen Som Kattaphan told a news conference that Thai authorities had "Known for along time" that Vietnamese troops were using the deadly chemicals against Cambodian resistance forces near the Thai-Cambodia border.
