China favours a political settlement of the Afghan and Kampuchean issues. However, the withdrawal of all Foreign Troops from the two Countries is the primary condition for any political settlement only when the aggressors have suffered heavier and heavier blows on the battle field and have been subjected to mounting pressure from the International Community, will they be forces to consider pulling out their troops.
ប្រទេសចិន មានលក្ខណៈអំណោយផលចំពោះដំណោះស្រាយនយោបាយលើបព្ហាាប្រទេសអាហ្គានីស្ថាន និងកម្ពុជា។ ប៉ុន្ដែការដកទ័ពបរទេសទាំងអស់ឱ្យចេញក្នុងទាំង២ ប្រទេសនេះគឺ ជាលក្ខខណ្ឌដំបូងសម្រាប់ដំណោះស្រាយនយោបាយ នៅពេលអ្នកឈ្លានពានបានអ្នករងទុកយ៉ាងធ្ងន់នៅសមរភូមិ និងបានដាក់ក្រោមសម្ពាធពីសហគមន៍អន្ដរជាតិ ពួកនឹងបង្ខំឱ្យពិនិត្យមើលលើការដកទ័ពរបស់ពួកគេ។
