United Nations chemical warfare experts began final arrangements yesterday, for an investigation into claims by the US and Thailand that Vietnamese troops were using deadly poisons in Kampuchea and Laos. Vietnam has denied the charges and opposes the investigation, which was authorized by the General Assembly last year.
