On 19 February 1982, a Democratic Kampuchea's delegation ledy by Mr. Khieu Samphan, President of the Presidium of the State; Prime Minister of the Government of Democratic Kampuchea, left the country for Beijing so as to hold talks with Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Former Chief of State of Kampuchea. Mr. Khieu Samphan also wishes to meet with other Kampuchean parties with a view to discussing the problem of union of forces fighting the Vieitnamese aggressors as to liberate of our belowed motherland as soon as possible.
នាថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៨២ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យដឹកនាំដោយលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ខៀវ សំផន បានចាកចេញពីទៅក្រុងប៉េកាំង ដើម្បីប្រជុំពិភាក្សាជាមួយអតីតប្រមុខរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា សមេ្ដចនរោត្ដម សីហនុ។ លោក ខៀវ សំផន រំពឹងទុកថា នឹងបានជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយបក្សកម្ពុជាដែលតស៊ូផេ្សងទៀត លើបព្ហាា រួប រួមគ្នាក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆំាងនឹងពួកឈ្លានពានវៀតណាមដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេសឱ្យទាល់តែបាន។
